Phillip Oosthuizen is a duly admitted attorney with exceptional leadership qualities and a well-founded background in all aspects of labour law, insolvency law, business rescue practice, litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Phillip obtained an LLB degree in 2007 and was duly admitted as an attorney and notary public of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in June 2009. In 2010 he complemented his practical experience by obtaining a post-graduate diploma in labour law and more recently, Phillip completed an advanced course in business rescue practice.
With over 15 years’ experience as an admitted and practicing attorney and having spent most of this time at reputable law firms specializing in labour law, insolvency law and commercial litigation, Phillip is a significant asset not only to the firm, but also to his clients.
