Ralph is a duly admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa with over a decade of legal experience in various spheres of law. Ralph completed his articles of clerkship at a renowned Bryanston law firm in 2014 where he gained extensive knowledge in respect of Civil Litigation, Commercial, Contractual & Corporate Law, as well as Labour Law.

With his extensive practical legal experience forming the foundation, Ralph, has shifted his primary focus to Insolvency Law where he advises individuals and companies on all stages and aspects of the insolvency process and the most appropriate manner of winding up and assisting with insolvency-related litigation and applications to court, as well as business rescue proceedings. He has been exposed to various complicated high value commercial litigious matters and has gained a thorough practical knowledge of the operation of Insolvency Law -, Corporate Law legislation and its internal workings and of Business Rescue proceedings.

Ralph has distinguished himself as a talented litigator and commercial attorney, with main focus on commercial – and insolvency related litigation.
